Summary
I am a brand strategist turned visual designer. As a strategist I worked with high profile brands including Pepsi, Visa, Facebook and Microsoft. As a designer I have created campaigns for clients including Cisco, Manchester University and Avalon Healthcare. A Londoner by birth, I lived in Los Angeles from 2006-2020. Currently based in North London.

Skills
My design is always driven by strategy, drawing on my extensive experience as a brand strategist. It is also informed by the latest in cultural trends, especially inspired by my home cities of London and Los Angeles.

Design
2020-21   Freelance designer. Work includes launching a new brand ID for Avalon Healthcare, designing book covers for Manchester University and Parthian Press, creating a website for the estate of photojournalist Bill Biggart.
2019-20   Designer at Cisco's award-winning in-house agency The Hatch. Created campaigns for Cisco sponsorships including the Tokyo Olympics, USGA and Global Citizen. Created tease and launch campaigns for Cisco's 2019 flagship product launch: the Silicon One chip. Executed campaigns across print, digital, out of home, and experiential. 
2018-19   Freelance design at Los Angeles agencies Hamagami/Carroll and Ritual Design. 

Strategy
2016-18   Director of Strategy at Ayzenberg Group, Pasadena. Planned major product launches for Xbox, Microsoft, Facebook and Mattel.
2014-16   Director of Strategy at Ignition Creative, Los Angeles. Crafted campaigns for entertainment clients including Netflix, Amazon and Universal.
2006-11    Brand Planner, TBWA\Chiat\Day. Planned major campaigns for Pepsi and Visa, including the award-winning attention-grabbing Pepsi Refresh Project ('a case for marketing textbooks' Ad Age).

In Los Angeles I volunteered at creative writing non-profit 826LA. I currently work with Age UK giving online lectures on art and artists.
